Our App stores and processes data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone/ computing device and access to the website secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Astramind Technologies Pvt Ltd will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Astramind Technologies Pvt Ltd cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, Mobile Data or don't have any of your data allowance left.

With respect to our responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the website, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, Astramind Technologies Pvt Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the website/services.

We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it and provide an intimation to the email registered.

Use of Service

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

No proprietary information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or redistributed in any way. This also implies that materials and pictures in Launchbase Apps are not to be tampered or redistributed in any form. Launchbase Apps strictly prohibits activities such as making available any content or text which is misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, child-pornographic, lewd, profane, invasive of others privacy, stalking, harassing, inciting violence, post or transmit materials which contain virus, spyware, malware, worms.

Subscriptions

Payment will be charged to your Appstore account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Appstore account settings.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Astramind Technologies Private Limited.

Termination

We may terminate your membership, delete your Account and any content or information that you have posted on the Application and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service or the Site (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service or the Site) at our discretion, including if we identify any potential violation of these Terms. All terminations shall be made in our sole discretion and that we shall not be liable to you nor any third-party for any termination of your Account or access to our Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Astramind Technologies Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
